The P-2 visa is designed for individual artists or entertainers—or groups—participating in a reciprocal exchange program between a U.S. organization and one abroad. This visa allows temporary entry to perform, teach, or share artistic talents in the U.S.

📄 Application Process

A U.S. employer or sponsoring organization must file Form I-129 with USCIS.
