Family Preference (F) Visa

U.S. Green Cards for Extended Family Members

The Family Preference (F) visa category allows U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents to sponsor certain extended family members for permanent residency in the United States. Unlike Immediate Relative visas, these categories are subject to annual visa limits, resulting in longer wait times.

At Borderless Lawyers, we guide you through the complex Family Preference visa process to reunite you with your loved ones.
