F2 Visa – Family Second Preference

Green Cards for Spouses, Children, and Unmarried Sons/Daughters of Green Card Holders

The F2 visa is a family-based immigrant visa for certain relatives of U.S. lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders). It allows these relatives to live, work, and eventually become U.S. citizens.

At Borderless Lawyers, we help families of Green Card holders navigate the F2 visa process with accuracy and care.
