China Student Visa (X1/X2)

Legally Study in China With Full Academic Support

China is home to some of Asia’s top universities and a growing hub for international education. Whether you’re enrolling in a full-time degree program or attending a short-term course, the China Student Visa—categorized as X1 or X2—lets you study legally while staying compliant with immigration laws.

At Borderless Lawyers, we provide legal clarity and end-to-end support for students, families, and educational institutions navigating China’s visa requirements, enrollment conditions, and post-arrival obligations.
