📋 L-1 Visa Application Process

2. USCIS Approval
Once approved, the employee applies for the L-1 visa at a U.S. consulate (if outside the U.S.).

3. Entry and Work Authorization
Upon visa issuance, the employee may enter the U.S. and begin working for the petitioning employer.

4. Spouse Work Authorization
L-2 spouses may apply for work authorization after arrival.
